About Us

Rightgig is a unique, smart marketplace which helps you find your next hire or role faster and with a higher success rate.

The principle of recruitment is fine – finding and integrating new employees into an organisation.

It’s the process and the way it’s delivered that hasn’t kept pace with todays society.

Our team is focused on creating lasting and positive change within the HR industry through a combination of innovation, insight and brilliant design.

How are we different?

Our differences are what makes us great.

At Rightgig ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ is not just a buzz word.

For candidates we focus on ‘What you can do’ (your skills) and ‘What makes you tick’ (your motivations).

For companies we help you to showcase just how brilliant your internal culture and teams are. Ensuring you not only find a better match, but a happier employee.

Our software is built on decades of experience and science.

So you spend less time searching and more time doing what you love.

Davina Pancholi-Ifould

Founder & CEO

My passion lies in ‘end user experiences’ and I truly believe that technology used in the right way can be life changing.

With vast experience working in recruitment and technology I launched Rightgig because of my own personal experience and frustration with the current recruitment processes.

Finding the right people for the right roles is still an out-dated process, there is a opportunity to improve the experience for companies and candidates alike.

I have worked for leading global brands including Reed, Telefonica and Sainsburys. And have spent my career building teams, apps and systems, as well as creating processes which have supported companies in embracing new technology.

What else have I been working on?

I work closely with the Princes Trust to help mentor and support the next generation of business owners and I am a regular guest speaker at their events. I am also a supporter of women in STEM and an active member of community groups.

Earlier this year I represented female entrepreneurs at 10 Downing Street where I met with the PM’s Business Advisor for a roundtable discussion on the support the govt can provide to small businesses. I was also part of a select group invited to the Mayor of London Good Growth Summit at London Tech Week 2018.I have also been invited to speak with the US Senior Leadership team of Go Daddy to inform their strategy for supporting small businesses in the UK.

Entrepreneurial Spark Hub Champion Award winner in January 2018 and nominated for the Milton Keynes Inspiration Awards ‘Upcoming Entrepreneur’ 2018.

My ambition to create a lasting and positive change within recruitment, focused on diversity and inclusion is fuelled by the successes we have seen so far, with Rightgig.
